Class Timetable
Here is the timetable and a brief description of classes currently on offer, these are pay as you go £8 (card payment only). One to one and small group Pilates sessions are also available. Please get in touch if you have any further questions.

Silver Swans Ballet 1:00-2:00
Endorsed by the Royal Academy of Dance, Classical Ballet specifically adapted for older learners, expect a slow paced, low impact class suitable for beginners and experienced dancers, all ages and abilities welcome.
Low Impact Adult Tap 2:15-3:00
A percussive dance style combining American Tap, Jazz and Musical Theatre set to a wide variety of music genres. Beginners and all ages are welcome.

Ballet 4All, Adult Ballet 10:30-11:15
An inclusive class designed for all ages and abilities, I can adapt for those with injuries and health issues. You will learn classical Ballet technique as well as adapted repertoire from famous Ballets.
